OS.04 Project Cycle Management

About project management

Most NGOs have challenges in either articulating their ideas and/or being able to respond to communities’ needs with systematic and structured project designs. To do this project managers need to fulfill the real needs of beneficiaries based on detailed assessment and logical frameworks for project design. Strategies for sustainability also need to be clearly incorporated into plans. By having a clear, structured program design, managers and all of the program’s stakeholders can more easily participate in monitoring and evaluating results. Structured program design also allows team members to deliver project efficiently, effectively and in an accountable manner.
